Pricing is determined by the volume your items occupy within your selected vehicle configuration. All rates include loading labor, standard disposal fees, and responsible recycling whenever possible.
Water Access: The property owner must provide a working exterior water spigot for all washing and rinsing services. If no water access is available, a portable‑water setup may be arranged for an additional fee.
Heavy Moss/Debris: Properties with significant moss buildup, packed debris, or long‑term neglect indicators may incur a 20% heavy‑condition fee due to increased labor time, pretreatment needs, and extended cleanup.
Hazardous Materials: We cannot haul wet paint, chemicals, asbestos, fuel, or propane tanks under our junk‑removal service. These items require specialized disposal through approved hazardous‑waste facilities.
Heavy Debris Surcharge: $75 – $150 (Shingles, tile, brick, concrete, wet yard debris, dirt/sod, heavy paper loads)
Construction Debris Fee: $100 – $200 (Drywall, lumber, flooring, cabinets, remodeling debris)
Mattress / Box Spring Fee: $30 each
Appliance Coolant Fee: $35 – $45 (Refrigerators, freezers, AC units)
